What Motivates Me

Throughout my career I have been motivated by helping people grow, contribute and succeed.

That same motivation extends beyond my professional life. As a committee member for a community-focused running club, I value creating environments where participation, belonging and development matter more than individual performance. Whether supporting runners, exploring the outdoors, photographing wildlife or spending time in nature, I am drawn to communities and causes that create positive, lasting impact.
